| Well, it's been awhile....mostly cuz not too much to write about. A lot of the same ol same ol. Work, time with Laura, work, and hangin out.
So, today, in one of those "I wish I had my camera" moments. I'm walkin to the library, and I see a brand spankin new Mercedes with a BOOT on it. I tell ya, I laughed pretty freakin hard. There is justice in this world. Speaking of sweet cars. I'm walkin to work the other day, and comin off the off ramp, what do i spy, but a Lamborghini. I think I blew a small load upon seeing such a sight.
OK, so I'm officially hooked on a damn reality show. Started watching 'The Amazing Race' for this new season. Yeah, I'm hooked.....to the point where I'm like "Hey, I could do this!" Laura says we'd kill each other if it were us as a team tho. hehe
Well, got the fun weekend with Nick and Wayne this weekend, lookin forward to seeintg V for Vendetta. As well as hangin out watchin Sat. morning cartoons. woohoo!!
Hmm...i think that's all for this entry. Oh, and to Holly and Shannon. Good luck on the quitting smoking thing. I see how hard it is for Laura to quit, but i figure you two will be good moral support for her (as well as one another) Not that I'm sure they're gonna read this, but I know Laura reads this at work, so I figure I'll have her pass the message onto yous :D

| Ok, so I have a new game addiction that rocks!! It's called Guitar Hero for the PS2! IT comes with a guitar controller and a rocking selection of tunes. I find myself strumming now when i'm not even playing it...it's bad. Laura even gave it a whirl, and she's good at it...she doesn't give herself enough credit tho. hehe Anyways, that's about it. Nothing too much more to report. OH, Night Watch kicked ass! hehe

| OK, so, I managed to get the the highly anticipated DMC show at the Asylum. Man o man, what a great gig. Got to meet him prior to the show while waiting to be let in, he shook my hand, which was way cool. Anyways, the show starts, and he opens up with 'It's Tricky'. OH yeah, keepin it old school. Anyways, the rest of the show goes on he did 'King of Rock' (there is none higher/ all you sucka mc's can call me sire!) Plus some stuff off his upcoming cd. Now, this is where my tale of this night becomes UBER SWEET! One of the songs used the old tune 'Cat's in the Cradle' for the backbeat, and the chorus of the song as well. Well, I'm up on the barricade (well, what passes for a barricade at the Asylum) Basically hangin out on the front of the stage. WEll, I'm-a singin along with the chorus, when DMC comes over to me, puts the mic in front of me, and yes, I SANG ALONG WITH DMC!!! It was so freakin cool! Then he ended the show with 'Walk This Way'. Then there was a meet and greet after, so, I got his autograph, shhok his hand, and thanked him for years of great music.

| Well, here it is, a blistery cold day, well, not as bad as yesterday. But here I am again at the library. Checkin in on my friends' livejournal thingys seein what's up with them....glad to see we all lead some exciting lives. Heh. Not too much goin on with me this week. Laura discovered what the sign language for 'squirrel' was, and showed me. Which made me happy....as I have a fixation with the lil buggers. She also showed me 'farm' so now i can go up to deaf people, say 'Squirrel farm' and walk away smiling. Heheh. Anyways, hope all you guys are doin great up there. LOST is creepy as hell, and that's that.

| Well, we brought Mr. Worf into the vets the other day to get his teeth cleaned and the bad ones removed. Needless to say, he looked siamese when we brought him home....hehe. And he had to have some of his paw shaved for the anesthesia, so, he's part poodle right now. But, he's got nice pearly whites right now, and he seems much happier now that it's done. Ran us 500 somethin bucks, which is cheaper than we were expecting. But it had to be done, and he's a happy little camper, so all is good.
Comics...woohoo..what a good couple o' weeks it's been for some stuff....Infinite Crisis is heating up. Marvel Zombies is an interesting read, if you guys haven't been checking that one out. I suggest you should. Apocalypse is back in the X-universe, that makes me happy....and speaking of Big A, my new local comic shop got me a copy of X-Factor #6. To those who don't know the significance of that issue: It's the 1st appearance of Apocalypse!! Other cool comics I've got coming my way there, I've also got a Red Sonja lmtd edition cover drawn by Joseph Michael Linsner. Which they accidently misplaced and he's tearing the store apart trying to find it. heheh. Oh, ok, so I read that in X-men 3, Juggernaut's gonna be a mutant, to that I give a loud resounding BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! BOOOOOOOO to the makers of X3!! And is it me, or does Ultraviolet look strangely appealing?
Concerts! Laura and I are going to see Staind tonite, not one of my favorite bands, but I won't turn down a free ticket. Still debating going up to see Korn/Mudvayne...Nick?? hehehe....Oh, and I just found oyt that DMC (as in RUN DMC) is coming to the Asylum. This I definatly want to check out, as they've always been one of my favorites. And let's see....anyone up for a road trip? Manowar and Rhapsody are playing the Paladium in June...and Dammit I wanna go!!! LOved Manowar for years, and Rhapsody I've recently become retarded over...so, yeah..I wanna go!!!! Finally, saw my buddy's band Hatred Alive down here at the Alehouse (voted the #20 dive in Stuff magazine!), the other bands kinda sucked, (not being too biased either) But as always, they rocked! They threw in a cover of Iron Maiden's The Trooper, and the Beastie Boys' Fight For Your Right. It was good times!!

| Well, happy valentine's day folks!! Got a fuuny card from Laura with this old lady hanging this pair of granny panties and this bra that looks like an FF cup, and on the inside it says "what a pair we make" Heheh made me laugh.
Ok, some of you are thinking "the fever? Mikey are you sick??" No, no my friends I'm talking about OLYMPIC FEVER!!!!! Woooooohoooooooo!!!!! This is one of my favorite things to watch on TV, I was all excited that I actually got to watch opening ceremonies. Which was amazing....the lighting of the Olympic flame woulda made Rammstein cream their angry German pants, I'm sure. We've got 4 gold now, I believe. Which is great! But, altho I'm all USA all the way, I give lots of credit to these other countries too, it's good to recognize talent when you see it. The pairs skating was great last night. I love the passion of these people, getting hurt, brushing themselves off then finish their routine to capture silver!! I guess why i like this is because all these folks are out doing this for more than to represent their country, but because they LOVE what they do, and it's not about the money, like what is wrong with a lot of pro-athletes (Mr. Damon, I'm talking to you)
I could go on all afternoon, but I only have an hour on the library com...heh. Ok, so LOST looks great this week. They're not gonna push the button!! What's gonna happen?? Will they all die? Will the polar bear come and eat them all? Will it change the show to re-runs of Who's the Boss?? Can't wait! OH! And Cyborg's gonna be on Smallville!!! Woohooo!! Hey, did anyone catch CSI last week? Once again I tip my hat to the writers for being able to make me go "Oh my god!" and cringing in horror. Laura raises a good question: "Is their a point when the actors may go 'Nope, this is too much for me, I can't do it.'?"

| Well, the Sigur Ros show was pretty cool. Didn't stay for the whole thing tho...but i think what we saw was pretty much par for the rest of the night. They were good for what they do, I wan't deny it...But, just not my cup of tea. Got that new Rhapsody CD...which is amazing...altho it was recorded in Canada, so, when the lead singer talks with the crowd it's all in french...which i only know a few words of..but, the songs are definatly recorded well, and they get introduced by Sauramon/ Count Dooku himeself: Christopher Lee!!
Ok, so, I rented Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude the other day...anyone remember the old pc games?? This is definatly a guilty pleasure game...it's fun...seeings it's just a lot of mini games to play in attempts to score with every type of girl you'd meet on a college campus. It's addicting to the point that you almost forget what yer trying to do other than just beat the damn mini games..hehe The funniest tho was scoring with the Band Girl...Man, did I laugh when I beat that one!! Not spoiling it..rent it yourself, fuckers! hehehe Oh, and the game has boobs on it :D Hehehhe!!

| WEll, here i am, yet again hangin at the library... with some cool news...
The other day, I'm home evading the police on this crazy pursuit on Need For Speed: most Wanted (thanks nick...>grumble grumble<) When Laura calls me up, and says "hey, what you got planned for tonite?" I'm thinkin 'evaiding the cops in my bad ass Porsche' But I says 'Nuttin much, why?' Well, long story short, she managed to snag FREE tix to the Avenged Sevenfold/CKY show. So, we went to that. The first couple bands were alright...well, Octane and Bullets rocked the place..altho the lead singer was doing the 'Look at my bum/package dance' just a little too much for my liking, but they were good. CKY kinda let me down a little. But what we saw of AS I really liked a lot.
Now, she also managed to snag some free tix for Staind, who I really wouldn't pay to see, but I'll take free tix. Plus we're also going to see Sigar Rus (sp) NO F'N CLUE who these peeps are...but i'm not one to turn down a free show. heheh
Let's see...New Rhapsody CD out, which I really wanna get. Anxious to hear a live recording by these guys who are almost like one of my new favorite bands. LOves me some fantasy/power metal!!
The new job's goin good, i'm really liking it.

| Hola! WEll, here I am a whole year older, didn't do much in the way of B-day celebrating. Laura and I stayed in and played some Raw vs. Smackdown on the PS2. (she's becoming a formidable opponent I might like to add. But she's nowhere near taking my title belt from me!) Then watched 2 Wrestlemanias from the DVD set. Then went and had a great dnner at Margaritas. Where I got laid.....er.....lei-d but a really cute waitress. Even got a badass sombrero too! heheh Only problem was I had to buy and make my own b-day cake. which came out quite yummy I'd like to add.
And! I got me a job on the other end of the movie business-rentals! Should be fun. It's right down the street from where we live...well, maybe a 20 minute walk. But still... I might be put in a key-holder type position. AND I get 3 free rentals at a time - W00T! | Hmm...been a little bit since I could get to the library.
So, this post is dedicated to the memory of Eddie Guerrero, WWE superstar. He will be greatly missed by yours truly. Both tribute shows on Raw and Smackdown! literally brought tears to my eyes. I thank Laura for understanding this and not mocking me. He's been one of my favorites for sometime now, and to have him taken away so tragic is really sad. But, I'm glad I've had the chance to see him perform live a couple times. Also having him diss some dudes mama when we saw him at the Royal Rumble when he wouldn't come sign autographs and some dude insulted Eddie...all I could make out was 'madre' and 'punta' (sp) It was quite funny.

| Howdy folks! I'm back! Although havin to go online at the library is kinda lame. Can't be viewin wtfpeople.com from here. Waah! Anyways, got myself 2 jobs.....one's hawking video games and the other is working at a store based of a famous cable channel. Think about it and you'll probably Discover what I'm talking about.
Anyways, things are goin great. I'm currently reading 'The DaVinci Code'. Ok, if you haven't read this yet, pick it up! It's probably one of the best books I've read in awhile. I haven't had this hard a time putting a book down since I read 'Red Dragon'.
In recent Geeky news...not too much really. Haven't had any cash since being unemployed. So, I haven't been able to feed the comic fix for awhile, or buy movies....which is sad, because I REALLY want to get Batman Begins! Hmm...But tonite on Smallville....Aquaman! Woot!! I know a certain facial follicaled (sp) one who will be psyched to see this! Hehehe Anyways, I shall talk with you all later. Take it easy my friends and stay in touch. I miss you all.

Man, I tell ya, the fast-food biz isn't for just anyone, I've been there for like 3 weeks now, and I'm not liking it one bit....it's sad when packing/moving is more relaxing than your job. I miss retail, i know those are probably the craziest words ever uttered....er...written. It's just too fast paced for me, and I get stressed way too easy. Do I sound like a lil sally, maybe, but it's the truth. But, now that i have extra $ i'll have to start playing powerball and maybe strike it rich and just apply for a cush job to help keep my sanity.

| OMG, so I was chillin online...clicked up the Yahoo page, and convieniently Michael Jackson had to go to the hospital like a 1/2 hour before he had to go to court. This bastard needs to go down...er..maybe bad wording there. He's fucking guilty, and he's just prolonging his own fate. Of course the court probably isn't going to do anything about it because he's F'n Michael Jackson.
And what's up with his list of witnesses...or was it jurors, I don't know..I'm just on this tirade, but it's people like Kobe Bryant, Jay Leno, people like that....let's get normal everyday people in there, no celebrities. God, he's almost making a mockery of the whole legal system.
Why not, he's already made a mockery of himself....god, I can't even look at him for more than 2 seconds without getting creeped out.

The LOTR marathon was FUN!! TY Nick & Jess!! BTW...I want yer Chilli recipe mmmmmmmmmm (safety!!) Man, I think I'm set on Middle Earth for a couple months now. Hehe.
Ok, well, the landlord just sold our building, so we gots to move, sadly, all the 4 bedroom places here are too expen$ive for the lot of us here to afford, so, I gotta finds me a place to go. May ask the old roomie to get my old room back, if the rumors I hear are true.
Laura and I had a really nice Valentine's Day celebration, been the first Valentine's I've had in a looooong time where there's been some romance goin on. I'll spare you all the TMI syndrome ;) I'll just leave it at she's the best thing to ever happen to me!!
And my 'gift' to her, was we went to Bates and watched the Vagina Monologues. Very well performed, all the young ladies did a great job doing the different stories and it added kind of a different twist to it then hearing the lady who wrote them in the first place doing them all by herself. I even got a chocolate coochie lollipop too ;)
